For day 14, I picked a golden nail polish and a striking red topcoat.
I love Essence’s “A Piece of Forever” from their Breaking Down LE, but not as a standalone polish. It’s streaky, and the yellow undertone does not go well with my skintone. However, it’s A-MA-ZING as a stamping polish!
Bourjois’ “Python” was the first crackle top coat I’ve ever seen in store, and I missed out on it back in those days. Fortunately, I found it on Vinted for just €1, but it is a very weird polish, as it didn’t show up crackled on my swatch stick at all. On my nails, though… Damn, it looks great! I love how it crackles slightly different like other crackle polishes.
Yeah, my mind did not change about the golden polish, but I do absolutely ADORE the topcoat this time. Although the colour is a tough one to combine, it cracks in a very interesting pattern, and I can’t wait to experiment with other base colours!
